It is located on the third floor, with NO LIFT (unfortunately there is not enough space to build an elevator)Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent location near the train station and near most important places in Florence. The price is very good, and the place is very clean. Rooms have been renovated and look modern for an old building. It exceeded my expectations.

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to both the train station and the Florence Cathedral. The room is quite clean, especially for a guesthouse, and the price is reasonable.

Location. Helpful staff. Clean. Check in was fine, small but adequate room, clean sheets and towels. 5-10 min walk to railway and to Duomo.

The hotel location is excellent, it's a quick and easy walk to the Duomo and train station as well as lots of restaurants, bakeries, bars etc. Hotel staff are lovely and were very accommodating. I opted for a room that had an external private bathroom, this was not a problem at all and was a couple of doors down and had its own key. The hotel was clean and tidy.

Great location close to Duomo & Cathedral. Room was nice and modern and very clean. Lady at reception was very friendly and let us keep our bags in the foyer after we checked out. Was a great stay for us :)
