Location, location, location. Perfect for seeing the Uffizi art gallery, the Duomo, the river. The staff in the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly offering us a hot drink on arrival and pointing out places to visit in Florence. Loved the kettle and fridge in the room and the newly installed shower room.

They are very friendly and accommodating. The guy on the front desk (Aldo) was so friendly and extremely helpful! He made us feel really at home . He gave us every necessary detail to enjoy the weekend in Florence as well as possible. The hotel’s location was fantastic, centrally-located to all the touristy sites and near train station. I will surely come back.

Clean and comfortable place. The staff were really helpful in suggesting us places to visit nearby. The location was walkable from all the main attractions in Florence.

The receptionist was extraordinary. He took out a city map, and outlined all the main attractions as well as marked how to get there. He even wrote down the bus (No. 12) and it's bus stop to get us to the David Statue that outlooks whole Florence. This made our stay so welcoming. Thank you!

Excellent location. Andre was very helpful. The other receptionist also gave us extra water for the room and a spare adaptor.
