Very good and clean room, absolutely new bathroom, good new brand tv and very important for smokers there is a pretty good terse on the floor of hotel!

Good value for money.just a few minutes walk outside the city center to have a real view of local life. Still, it's located in a dynamic area. the room is clean and well maintained. The staff are welcoming and friendly.

Breakfast was started 8 am, so we did not have any chance to have breakfast since our schedule was started 6 or 7am....

Great Hotel! Great staff! This a really wonderful hotel and very cozy place! The room was sparkingly clean! The staff is so polite, kind and helpful. Not in the city center but at a very suitable position if you want to watch a football game at Artemio Franchi stadium or a concert at Nelson Mandela Forum. I tottally reccomend it! On the other hand, you can reach the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore in 20 minutes for a lovely walk. Wonderful hotel!

It’s a beautiful property within a 25 min walking distance of the main square and that’s quite convenient. Also the room was spotless with the staff cleaning it on both the days of our stay. Also, the pistachio croissant at the breakfast was delicious!
