The room , its location, personal , cleanliness were on highest level despite that the hotel is two-stars.

Nice, big, modern room in old style building. Breakfast was available at additional charge with quite good variety of food. The host was really friendly. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from main train station and 10 mins walk from the Cathedral.

I really loved this hotel, everything was amazing. Giovanni was very helpful very kind. Bathrooms were amazing, beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.

10min walk from Florence SMN station but close to one of the main streets. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. Lots of great restaurants and cafe within 5min walk. The church is also 10-15min walk. The room is spacious and clean, love the high ceiling. The bed is comfortable. Seems like newly renovated. Have elevator. The host is very accommodative and responsive.

Everything was as advertised. The owner was very courteous and nice person. He was fine with early check-in and also kept our luggage safe after the check-out. The room was clean, nice and comfortable beds. The breakfast is also very good. Location is nice, it's walking distance from the train station. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Service: The hotel staff is very patient and friendly. Online communication is almost replied in seconds. I can't believe that even five-star hotels can't do this. Room: Quiet, clean and comfortable. The room is very new. The room feels much larger than the picture, and there is a small balcony. It is far beyond my expectations. I thought it was small and old from the picture. The hotel is too low-key and doesn't say anything good about itself. Location: Very good, it is a very delicate balance. If you drive by yourself, the parking garage is 100-200m away from the hotel, so you don't have to drag your luggage for too long. It is not very downtown, but it is within walking distance to the attractions, which saves the trouble of driving in the old city and makes us feel safer.
