The location is perfect, opposite the most beautiful cafe, right near the station and walking distance to nearly everything you need. The room is huge, plenty of space for all your belongings, the windows open up to see onto the street and lots of natural lighting. The staff were lovely especially the lady that worked the front desk she was so nice

The hotel was just steps away from Santa Maria Novela, while all restaurants, bars and shops were at walking distance. It was clean with a comfortable bed and great for 2 guests. The staff was very warm and welcoming, they even kindly assisted us with a lost item.

The hotel location is great, very close to the Santa Novella train station but also to the city center and all the main activities. The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms are well decorated.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A better location was impossible. The room is very comfortable and clean, well ventilated, and it has everything you need to spend a good number of days in Florence.
