The hotel is a bit far from the city center but it is near bus 20 and Tram 1 that lead directly to the center and the main train station (SMN) in less than 20 mins. The room is big, the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Location was perfect close to the tram and the staff was really friendly and understanding, they even lent us an adaptor as ours wasn't appropriate for Italian sockets. The room was big enough for us three and completely blackened perfect for people who are quite sensitive to the light.

They had exceptional breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, near the train station.

Close to public transport, quiet room and area. The woman at reception was very helpful -she gave me a map to the city and pointed out places of greatest interest. If there was breakfast I was not informed. It would have been helpful
