A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals from 19:00 until 22:00. Check-in between 22:00 and 00:00 comes at an extra charge of EUR 20. Please contact the property for arrivals after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.Our parking is open from Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 13.00 and from 15.00 to 19.00 (arrive before 18.00 to park in our parking).
Saturday is open only from 08.00 to 11.45 on Saturday morning (Saturday afternoon is closed)
on Sundays and every bank holidays our parking is closed.
Our parking is subject to availability upon arrival.

It is allowed to enter only cars ( no minivan, no minibus and no camper)
On Sundays for our customers who have to check out, the parking will be open at 10.00 to make our customers leave and then closed until Monday morning at 08.00.

Everything about the property is adding on to the true Italian experience of culture and the city. The staff are just great, they are welcoming, very informative and friendly people. All was clean, with service every day, we even got surprised with some breakfast snacks and coffee ❤️🤗 highly recommended for all kind of travelers! If we visit Florence we‘d come back here!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect (quiet yet centrally located with plenty of amenities nearby). I would recommend this place with my eyes closed!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is located in the alley near the cathedral. It is very convenient to travel and not too noisy. The staff of the hotel are very nice. They gave me travel advice when I checked in. When there was a problem with the room facilities, they could also solve it quickly. They were very kind and enthusiastic.

Although a simple hotel, it was very clean and always warm...the staff was very polite and helpful, we had everything we needed...the location was perfect, just a few steps from everything!we highly recommend it

The location is just perfect, the staff is extremely nice and the rooms are cozy. :) Even though the place is a bit older, they keep it clean and nice :)

it’s stone throw away from the cathedral. very central. easy to walk everywhere. but the pictures of the room I booked was not what I was given. Marco was kind to change our room on the day. don’t assume you’d get the same room as the picture. check with him first. and the parking is inside a courtyard with close door so impossible to find. you must call them when you come to the barriers with lights and ask them to open the barrier and let you in. they had to come to the car and drive us to the parking. parking is at the back. google map takes you to the barrier. no way you can find it if you don’t call them. lovely place. spacious room with character. perfect location, but central. can’t get any more central than that . good for value. ask for room with the courtyard view. those rooms are lovely.
