The breakfast area and outdoor area were beautiful and we wished it had been a bit warmer so we could enjoy the courtyard and the pool. The room was a good size giving us lots of room for two people and two suitcases (or more!). The rooftop patio was spectacular - what a lovely area to have a drink and look over the city!! The breakfast was very good with lots of options to please everyone. The location was excellent - a quick walk from the Central Train Station and easy to walk throughout the whole city center. We would come back again!

Room very nice,clean and comfortable but a little old tv and Aircon not working. Staff very friendly and professional. Excellent breakfast but a gluten free option would be nice. Perfect location with an easy walk to the train station and city centre.

Nice sized room. Could do with a bigger bathroom but it worked. The view was absolutely stunning and breakfast was delicious with a decent selection. The location was nice and central to everything we wanted to do an was even walking distance at times. Would definitely recommend thus hotel. Sayurika & Deran. From Cape Town, South Africa

Lovely big, clean, comfortable room. Excellent choice for breakfast. Wonderful roof terrace with views over city. Hotel within easy distance of some main locations.( Station. Duomo. Santa Maria Novella, historical perfumery & excellent restaurants etc).

They were very helpful and politely dealt with problems that were not related to the hotel. Thank you. I would like to use them again the next time I go to Florence. The breakfast was great and the room was clean
