Prime location like a 3 minute walk to Piazza del Duomo. The staff are very friendly especially Andrea, he can give you recommendations like good restaurants to dine in. There’s also a free coffee and tea area. There’s a certain feel to the building that it is somewhat period correct but at the same time it’s hi-tech, they will give you an app that can unlock the door from your room including the main hotel door. Very convenient.

The hotel is located right near everything, just next to the duomo. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The location was perfect. central to everything we wanted to see. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We arrived early and could check in our bags at reception so that we could begin exploring. The rooms we exceptionally clean. The bells of the Duomo gebtly remind you that you actually in Florence. Loved the place, we will definitely be back!
