Clean room with international TV channels, located near the train station. The staff was really nice, and the breakfast was always stocked with food.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and the room had all the expected facilities, coffee and tea making facilities, a safe, a TV, a hairdryer etc. The location to the city centre was great. We were just a 10 minute walk from the Cathedral and most of the main museums. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing advice on where to eat and drink.

The location was ideal for seeing Florence. The owners were gracious and accommodating. Hotel is beautifully remodeled and our room was absolutely lovely. Especially for Europe, the bathrooms are large and comfortable.

Fantastic location, close to duomo, central market, train station, a few minutes walk from many key tourist attractions. Very clean & kept so every day. Staff on reception / breakfast very pleasant.

It was completely amazing stay!! Very friendly people, clean and spacious rooms, the location - very central yet not too loud - will definitely come back!
