Very kind, helpful reception staff. 24 hour reception. Elevator. Close to Train and within walking distance to many attractions. Room a little old but very comfortable, & clean with all the amenities needed.

Everything about this hotel is a winner - a charming traditional style - the location just 5 - 10 minutes walk from everything, especially a range of great restaurants and the main station, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, the fantastic showers and good linen. The security and 24 hour desk and not to mention a lift! It really is very good value for money. There is a laundrette and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Above all, it is the STAFF who make this hotel stand out. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The whole tone of the hotel was happy. I have been travelling in Italy for 2 months and have stayed in numerous hotels of all standards, so I feel in a good position to comment. Huge thanks to Erjan ,Edita, Angela and Lorenzo at the front desk and to Alba who was a wonder cleaning the rooms. I had a superior room which was a very comfortable size. GRAZIE MILLE ragazzi! Ci vediamo. I look forward to staying there during my next visit to Firenze.

We stayed in this hotel for one night, but I wish we could stay longer. We were very comfortable. It was spotless. The attention and care of the staff was very nice. There was nothing negative, a great position and magnificent people ... The reception officer was very interested ... He made advice .. Thank you Erjon ... After that, it is very close to the St Maria Novella station and the Duomo cathedral in Florence.

Intimate hotel with accommodating and helpful staff. Very small but very central. Close to everything and really comfortable. I’d go back next trip to Florence.

Nice traditional hotel close to lively tourist areas. Spacious room, properly equipped, eg three chairs, and a shelf by the handbasin. Thoroughly recommended.
