The staff and location are by far the best qualities of this property. Right in the centre of town with transport links on your doorstep. All staff we encountered were polite, helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.

My partner and I spent 4 nights here and the hotel was exceptional. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were very clean and quiet, the breakfast buffet was very delicious and the beds were super comfy!!!

Breakfast was running out and the staff needed to be called upon to refill. In some cases some items were never brought again, despitw me being present for 1 hour.

The location of the hotel is great; it is situated between the train station and the Duomo. The breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. I stayed in November when the weather was cold, but the room was warm, which was wonderful. The bathroom was excellent, featuring hot water and a hairdryer. After checkout, the staff allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception for a few hours..
