The staff was most friendly at all times and offered good advice for places to eat and visit. The optional breakfast was good and diverse, which isn't always the case in Italy. Location looks a little far from the city center at first glance, but the tram station around the corner brings you to the city center in under 10 minutes at all hours of the day, even till midnight. I had a great experience!

Alessandro made us feel at home in this hotel. We had the most amazing experience, great restaurant recommendations , sightseeing, etc. Everyone from the staff is amazing, benevolent, hospitable. The rooms were cleaned everyday. The breakfast in the hotel was also great.

The receptionist was really nice and helpful, he welcomed us with a smile and answered all our questions regarding the stay and also the city. The location is good too, around 10 15 mins from the historic centre by tram. There are many tram and bus stations around the hotel. We also liked the fact that there are many close restaurants in the area. The hotel was clean and organised.
