Great location. 5min walk from SMN train station. Close to all the attractions especially the indoor market. Stefano on arrival gave us a city map with all the info we needed. Modern room of a good size with comfy beds (515). Great steak restaurant right opposite the hotel. The lady serving breakfast coffee was lovely. The rooftop terrace gave nice views over the city and would be a great place to hangout with a beer in the better weather..

The staff were amazing! Lorenz was on reception much of the time, and on our arrival. He gave excellent assistance, very friendly manner. The other staff were great too, however Lorenz was stand out.
