Breakfast was good. Communication was clear and we were able to checkin online to get self checkin access to arrive late at night. The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Luggage storage was helpful and we could explore the city.

The reception usually closes at 8pm, but they will tell you how to check in if you will arrive later than that. In my case, the hotel person contacted me in advance by whatsapp to ask me the arrival time and told me the contact to get this information, but in the end, the person at the reception kindly waited for me. The stuff who contacted me by WhatsApp also gave me a recommendation of very nice local restaurants nearby when I asked. All the staffs were very kind and friendly. They provided soap and a shower cap. There was a hair dryer, fridge, and an air conditioner, which will be a good advantage in summer.

Great location - close to all major sights. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the breakfast room. Single room was ensuite with a very comfortable double bed, air conditioning and large window overlooking a tranquil garden courtyard.

Location is amazing, and it's only one flight of stairs that are wide and easy to get up with luggage. Staff were super nice and helpful

Location - 5min from the most amenities, friendly staff, cleanliness perfect. Breakfast generous. Rooms of a medium size but for my teenage daughter and me - perfect. Wi-fe is free. I have no negative comment.

Hotel located what it seemed to be a Chineese neighborhood. Hotel smelled when you walk in not in a good way. Very putting off. Lobby was renewed. But building was very old. Room was okish, bathroom new and clean.
