Great location, only 5 minutes to Duomo, 5 minutes to the train station, hop on hop off stop and other important buildings. The hotel personnel is on very high level - very helpful, as we entered the hotel we received maps of the city, great explanation of the city sightseeings, advices for places to see, and we asked and received advices for typical places to eat. The hotel interior is impressive with the fresco paintings and furniture and architectural elements that immediately put you back in the Italian renaissance. Our room had fresco painting on the ceiling which was just fascinating. Bathroom had everything needed, clean, the air conditioner was perfect. The room was very big and comfortable. For the people stayed with cars there is great parking next to the hotel, which is huge plus for people with cars. I will come back.

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff member I interacted with was polite, professional, and very helpful. Breakfast was sufficient and met expectations. Additionally, the hotel’s central location made it convenient to reach many key attractions and amenities in the area. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Great location - very central to all tourist sites. Historic building the hotel is located in makes you experience the ambiance of the city without even stepping out. The receptionist (Julia) was extremely friendly and helpful. She asked my schedule for the stay and marked all sightseeing spots on map to make it easy for me to navigate, and she also recommended restaurants as well as signature dishes for me to try. Cannot be more grateful for her help that had made my stay more enjoyable!
