Just around the block from train station, in a small street, close to a great supermarket, close to the tour bus stop, so close to everything. Definitely will come back here next time I go to Florence. Bedroom had plenty room, bar fridge, kettle, good pressure of water in the shower, clean. Looks exactly like the photos we saw online.

Location to the station and hop-on-hop-off bus perfect. It has a small lift to get your cases to the first floor. There’s a minibar with a variety of drinks and a buffet breakfast.

Excellent location, central but in a quiet area. Very close to the central train station and the heart of Florence, making it easy to explore the city. The room is very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful.

The hotel has an excellent location close to the railway station and the tram from the airport. It is located in a quiet street - obviously the area around railway stations is never the nicest one but I did not feel insecure. The hotel is located on the first floor of a residential building (there is another hotel on the third floor), it is a flat or a set of flats turned into a hotel. I had a single room with a balcony. The room was not huge but there was also a fridge and a kettle. The bathroom is small and bigger persons might have difficulties "fitting in" but this is not my case. Wifi did not work in my room, which was fine for 2 days but would be a problem during a longer stay. Breakfast was not included and since it only started at 8 am, I did not take it. Generally, the hotel is ideal for a short stay in Florence, as the centre can easily be reached on foot. There are also many shops and restaurants around.

Hotel room is lovely along with the bathroom. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Very comfy beds!

Easy to get to from the train station with luggage. Can leave your key at the desk 24/7. In a quiet street and easy to get around to main attractions in the city. Has a lift to get to the hotel.

We really liked the location of the hotel, train station is just around the corner. The staff was very kind. There was a safe in the room and we also got additional towels that we asked for without any problems. Overall, a comfortable room for a short stay.

The rooms and the bathroom where new renovated and the quality of the bed was good. (New mattress) a little refrigerator with a minibar. And the size of the room included a little balcony. (Deluxe room) Perfect located in 5 minutes walking distance from the main train station Firenze SMN. Quick check-in and a good little breakfast buffet with good coffee and yogurt. The central area in the side street was not noisy and the Dom in walking distance (approximately 15 minutes) Very good and clean quality for a two star hotel.
