The receptionist is exceptional 👌 nothing to fault. Everything is so easy for them to please their guest. Definitely coming back and can 100 💯 recommend them.

Location was great, very walkable and also close to bus and tram routes. The little terrace outside was lovely for breakfast. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Super location. Not far from the railway station and close to tourist attractions, restaurants, shops and bars. Great 3 bed garden suite. Lovely garden. Good breakfast in a delightful breakfast room. Very helpful reception staff who booked a trip for us. A lovely Italian hotel with charm rather than a chain where you could be staying anywhere in the world.

Breakfast was lovely lots of fruit pastries yoghurt eggs etc. Lovely staff in reception and at breakfast all very helpful. Great location could walk everywhere and lots of restaurants not too expensive .

Great location for sightseeing and the train station. The terrace to the rear of the hotel was a peaceful oasis in a very busy Florence and the in-room tech control panel was a great addition.
