If you are looking for a mix of modern comforts and traditional architecture, and of course great value for money, Hotel Boccaccio has it all; right next to the station.
The hotel is named after the Tuscan poet Giovanni Boccaccio. It is set in a historic, Florentine building that dates back to the 18th century. It has been completely modernised and extended and now includes precious marble and all the latest amenities. A terrace is at guests disposal.

One of staff is very nice ( he was working on 28 Dec morning time ) He can speak greeting Cantonese( not mandarin ) to me and introduce Florence restaurant in HK I do impress Thank you so much I had a great time during stay in your hotel

Superb location, really close to the train and bus station, which makes really easy to move with luggage. Also, the main turistic sites of the city are no more than 10 to 15 minutes away, the area feels safe and is packed with restaurants, osterias and shops. Supermarket across the street for last minute needs. The staff really makes you feel at home, traveling solo you actually feel they care and look after you. Good continental breakfast is provided, with extraordinary tasting coffee (really important for me).
