The hotel was beautiful, elegant with much attention to detail.The entire staff was professional, friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely with good quality and variety of options.

"Stunning Room and Sweet Touches, but Staff Could Be More Consistent" We booked the room for 2 nights and wanted to check in earlier, but the room was only available at the scheduled check-in time. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious. The room itself was absolutely stunning, truly feeling like a palace, and it was spotlessly clean. As a lovely touch, they offered us hazelnuts and champagne—such a sweet gesture. We truly felt royal during our stay. However, the staff was a bit of a mixed bag—some were very friendly and helpful, while others were less so. Despite this, it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Very central, a beautiful hotel abit out of our usual price range but a real treat for us. Staff were great really helpful as we had left our passports at the hotel in Lake garda where we were staying and they sorted this out for us. Would definitely come back
