Friendly obliging staff so willing to assist in every way.We were so grateful for an early checkin.The room was clean and beds were comfortable.The breakfast was amazing and young man making coffees did a fantastic job too. The hotel location is excellent and central in Florence.The room was suitable for a family of 4

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the hotel Berna!Great location near the station and attractions.Comfortable spacious family room which was immaculately clean.Excellent WiFi!Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great for a 2 star hotel.Good choice of pastries etc.Overall a great stay!

friendly personel, possibility to leave luggage, boutic hotel run in building on 3rd floor, there is a lift, breakfast tasty and good cafee. Hotel situated 12 min by walk to the Duomo, almost next to Santa Maria Novenna Church and 2 min from Train Station Santa Maria Novena. Personel opened for any need.

Fantastic accommodation right in the heart of florence. Was very easy to get there from the main train station. Nadia was extremely helpful with tips for places to eat and sightseeing. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended.

We picked this hotel purely for its location, close to the railway station, but it was a little gem!! In fact it’s not that far to walk to all the main attractions. Our room was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. Despite the location it was very quiet. There was lots of choice for breakfast. The staff were good fun and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Having been let down again by surely Europe’s worst airline, Vueling, who cancelled my flight with about 30mins notice, I was forced to find accommodation for the night in Florence at 6pm. So I arrived pretty frazzled at Hotel Berna. It’s a bit of a job to find as it’s on the third floor above various shops etc, but I got a warm welcome and a large, super-clean and very comfortable room. It was surprisingly quiet, given the great, central location, with excellent double-glazing. But the staff were the best thing about it - lovely friendly ladies at check-in and -out. I’d be more than happy to stay again!
