Proximity to central Florence and Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. Staff were very friendly and kind. Shower was good size.

Great location minutes from the airport shuttle/main train station. Undergoing refurbishment so no breakfast facilities when we stayed but the rooms were clean and the reception staff were extremely helpful.
