Fantastic location, can really feel the heart of Florence. Close to all attractions, great restaurants and easy access to the train station. The owners are absolutely lovely and the terrace area is a great spot to relax.

It seemed to be a family-run hotel. It is not a gorgeous hotel, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You had to bring a nightwear if you need. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. It is close to the train station of Santa Maria Novella, so it is not too difficult to get to the hotel even with luggage. Of course, it is also convenient for sightseeing.
