Location was great. 20 minutes walk from center. High ceilings with big Windows and good shutters. It had balcony and a bathroom was huge. It was clean. Breakfast server was good and attentive. I like that I could leave my luggage at the hotel for half a day. 24 reception, it felt secure. It's more like a 3 star hotel instead of 2 star

Great staff!!! Makes the difference. Kudos to Matteo! The place is great, I missed an elevator because we had big luggages and a 70 years old granny. Breakfast is nice.

Great cosy hotel, very friendly personnel, ideal location for us: just 20min away from the old town (Uffizi) and very close to normal.shops. Last but not least, they have neighbour cute cat visiting the hotel :).
