The attention to detail was very unexpectedly good and surprising. I have been to different hotels around Italy and this hotel was so far the best. Recently remodeled, the stuff was all way around very helpful. Breakfast was the best. Variety and care. Thank you

The rooms were very comfortable. The bathroom, modern and spacious. The entrance to the building and the elevator reminded us that we are in a very old city. This is not necessarily bad. On the contrary. It stresses the point that the hotel itself is in excellent condition and that the facilities have been very well taken care of. As for the staff, from the moment we walked out of the elevator, Cristiano was there to greet us warmly. Leonardo went out of his way to fulfill a request of mine. Fiorella prepared a delicious coffee for us. Fatwua was very kind at the breakfast bar. We felt very well treated by the whole staff. It is a place that I will recommend for its location and comfort, but specially for the staff.

Fantastic location right in the historic centre only a few minutes walk from the Duomo. Staff were very good.
