The room was lovely, we especially liked the high ceiling, the decorations and the marbled bathroom with bathtub. Breakfast was decent, location was excellent, right by the train station. It was a beautiful hotel that we would happily spend a few night in again.

The location is very near to station. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff are nice, and the breakfast is great, especially the pistachio croissant.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from Florence SM train station. Room was spacious, complete with all facilities. Bathroom too was spacious, complete with bidet. Ou room was at the back of the main road and it was quiet at night. Bed was comfy. Our stay came with breakfast and it was delicious.

5 minutes walk from Florence SM train station, rooms were spacious and comfy bed. Tea/coffee facilities provided and the big bathroom. Our rooms came with breakfast and it was delicious

We arrived to find the hotel covered in scaffolding and we were not happy that we had not been made aware of the work going on. The hotel staff kindly gave us a nice room in an annexe, away from the work going on. The breakfasts were very good and the cleaning staff friendly and helpful. I had dropped my wedding ring on the floor and it was handed to reception.

Close to train station, staff were very helpful. Comes with buffet breakfast. They provide packed breakfast if you are leaving early, just need to tell them the night before. A night staff man the outside gate which makes it safer

The hotel is excellently located, right near the train station and couple of minutes away from the city centre and all major attractions. The mattress was comfortable, and the rooms and bathroom were clean. The hotel has an authentic Florence style.

I loved everything about this hotel but especially the wonderful friendly and helpful staff. The beds are wonderful and comfortable and the location means you can get everywhere easily in foot tram bus or train.
