The first impression of the building was not the best, but once inside the Hotel very bright and clean according to pictures. Staff very helpful with tips. The Hotel is a 10 min walk from the train station and right in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was very good. Definitely would recommend this Hotel

Really nice, cozy hotel. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very good there. The location of the building is very central and the hotel room was clean and big enough for one person. I slept very well here, which is very important after walking all day. Thank you for the experience ☺️

Very central location, reasonable breakfast, excellent member of staff at reception, Alessandro, who was very helpful and managed to get us tickets to Uffizi when we had failed.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and quiet. Even though it’s in the centre of a very lively part of town we could hear nothing from our room. Great breakfast also!

Fantastic hotel. We loved the location - easy for restaurants, train station and sites. Hotel was a great place to stay! Car parking available close by.

Breakfast was nice but had to schedule time and that’s sometime a little inconvenient. Hotel was charming and comfortable. Excellent location.
