Horto Convento in Florence is a true gem! The hotel itself is lovely, but the real standout is the staff, especially Giorgio and Adam. Their genuine care and attention to guests make all the difference and elevate the entire experience. Everyone on the team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Florence!
