Our hosts were excellent both in hospitality and about Florence. Our room was perfect and the bed so comfy. Housecleaning for our stay was exceptional too.

Great host, including the staff. Very friendly staff. Huge shout out to Mohammed/Muhammad. Clean bathroom with good continuous supply of hot water.

If you ever have the pleasure of Antonio giving you a run down of Florence, then you’re in for a treat. As we explored the area, the tidbits he mentioned came to mind and gave us a more personable experience.

The location, the hotel is just a few minutes walk from S.M. Novella station and close to everything, we visited all the city walking. The staff, both Antonio and Mohamed (hope I’m writing it right) were very welcoming and friendly, they gave us a very good explanation about the city and the most beautiful places to visit. Nice room and breakfast.

Clean, comfortable room, within 250m of the railway station. Also walkable to tourist attractions. Supermarkets nearby. Welcoming host who gave me an orientation and introduction to Florence.

Clean, quiet and central location. Welcoming owner, great sense of humour. Was waiting for us to check in. There was a kitchen and washing machine on the floor above us and we could use it to boil water, etc. Location is quite central and near to the train station.

We had the top floor room with a balcony. There was actually a shared kitchen on that floor, with a washing machine too! Although bf wasn't included in our night's stay. The owner welcomed us to have a bit of coffee, tea and cakes if we wanted.

The hotel is in a very convenient location when arriving in Florence via the train (just a 3 minute walk from the station). Also very easy to walk to all the main tourist destinations from the hotel and some great restaurants close by (the one under the hotel is excellent!). The staff were super friendly and so helpful upon check-in. They went through a whole map of places to see and things to do. The room was quiet and very clean. We did find the beds a little hard and there were no windows in our room (but we were out exploring most of the time so we didn't mind). There is also a washing machine and dryer on site included in the booking cost which was really useful. We would definitely stay here again!
