Room was much more spacious than expected, tastefully decorated and kept neat and tidy by cleaners every day! Amenities were all great, the staff was lovely and helpful, and the location was fantastic :)

Very helpful and friendly staff including beforehand. Instructions on how to enter could not have been clearer and worked perfectly. The interior is lovely! The price for the standard of the hotel was extremely competitive and I’ll certainly be staying here again.

Amazing location super close to the heart of Florence. Nice and secluded / quiet street, but right in the action so you can easily work through the best parts of the city.

Beautiful hotel in a great and quiet location, walking distance to the main attractions in Florence. The service we received from the two front desk guys was beyond expectations, they are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated they booked all the restaurants for us during our stay as it would be hard for us/non Italian speaker.

Amazing stay in a charming & very characteristic boutique hotel. Roland was super friendly & helpful and as a solo traveller I could not recommend it more. Breakfast was also amazing, all you need to start your day in Florence, with less than 10 minutes from the Duomo & museums. Highly recommend & will be back for my next stay in Florence!
