Very central location, walkable to all major sights. The bed was very comfy and the apartment clean and modern. There is a small kettle and tea in the room with a coffee station and microwave just down the corridor. The only thing I'd say is bring warm pyjamas, the nights and early mornings are cold even with the heating on.

The room was huge. The biggest we had in Europe. It was clean, comfortable, and location is great. The staff especially Abby was exceptional. She would go above and beyond to help and accommodate our needs. Good recommendation as well on what to see in Florence. I will definitely go back and stay there again.

Staffs are very accommodating, they gave us tips where to eat, shop and tour. The room that we have was spacious and comfy too. I highly recommend this accommodation as this is near to train station and other tourist spots!

The staff who is name is Jei was always very interested and helpful gave us the great suggestions about restaurants. I would like a special thank to him. The hotel is in the city center. It is very close to top attractions just by walk.

Before our trip, the hotel sent us clear check-in instructions, including what to do for late check-in (after 4 p.m.). We followed the instructions and quickly received all the necessary passwords and keys to access the hotel and our room. The check-in process went smoothly, even without any staff present. The hotel is right next to the train station and offers complimentary luggage storage services, but after 4 p.m., there won’t be any staff around to watch over your bags. The vigilance with be done remotely, monitoring will be done remotely.
