The location was great, the staff were lovely and helpful and always happy to help. The bed was super comfy, the food options were lovely and we ordered room service twice! Breakfast had great options, and one of the waiters brought me fresh ginger tea when I mentioned I had a sore throat! Very lovely staff thanks again!

The service at this hotel is exceptional. Personally being shown your room and offered a drink on arrival. Hubby became unwell and the staff always asked how he was feeling. Always available for advice.

The location in Florence is perfect as it is in the pedestrianized area and everything is in walking distance from the hotel The room was amazing as we were spoilt and upgraded on arrival. But the absolute best part about the whole holiday was how accommodating, friendly, helpful, caring and fun all the staff were!!! I would highly recommend this hotel and will most definitely return!! Thank you to the whole team.
