An amazing location just outside the main tourist area but a couple of steps and you are back in the heart of things. It's great to have you own home from home. The host was really communicative before I got there and had some great local tips

The host was very welcoming! The room was very clean and the location was excellent, near the city centre (10-15 minutes from most landmarks and 25 minutes from the central station). The apartment bulding was quiet.

The guesthouse has everything needed for a 2-nights stay. Mum and I liked that we could use the washing machine as we came from another city and will be travelling to a few more after Florence so having more clean clothes was just great. It’s in a quieter area but easy walking to everywhere (Florence is a super great and easy to walk city). It was clean, air-conditioned and safe. The host, Simone, great with keeping in contact and was just available to help, he was just incredibly nice. We asked for extra pillows and he provided them immediately.

The host was incredible, Claudio was incredibly helpful with all of his recomonendations for resturants, activities and everyine in between. The Google Maps overlay was a game changer! Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a fantastic location in the heart of the city at a good price.

the location was excellent- we walked all around Florence with ease. The local shops and restaurants were a bonus. The Local markets were handy. Our host Simon was very helpful- gave us great tips to get around and where to eat. Nothing was a problem for him.
