Family SPA: from 9 AM to 6 PM free access, children allowed;
Relax SPA: from 6 PM to 8 PM only by reservation, 1 hour per person.
Maximum 15 users per session, children under 14 not allowed.
Panoramic hot tub “Jacuzzi Experience” 50 minutes private session €80.00 inclusive of one prosecco bottle (€60.00 without prosecco), advance reservation is suggested.
The outdoor gym is free of charge, open from 8AM to 10PMThis property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Comfortable room with a basic kitchen. Water was free to refill at the basement. Easy to get around Florence via bus as there were many bus stops nearby.

The wellness area is also perfectly clean with a Finnish sauna, steam cabin, and a fairly large swimming pool.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Location seems a bit out of the historic center but you can reach center in 15 mins by foot or faster by bus. Room was big and spacious. Bathroom looks new also they serve good shampoos, shower gels. If you want, you can also enjoy the indoor swimming pool. I personally recommend this place.

Modern and comfortable place, lots of restaurants nearby and also a big supermarket nearby if you don't feel like going out. The spa area, pool and jacuzzi were great. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond locating and shipping a forgotten personal item!

The property was beautiful and all of the staff were very kind. Time in Florence did not allow us to spend much time in our room, but while we were there, all was lovely.
