The apartment was a good size, with a good kitchen and laundry to use over the five nights that we stayed there. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many cultural institutions and museums, cafes and restaurants, grocery stores etc. The host Niccolo’ was very helpful in showing us a map with all that we needed to know about Florence and the location of essential services, museums etc.

Great location, apartment has everything you need, you are in easy walking distance to most sights, lots of restaurants close by.

The property was well appointed, very clean, comfortable, quiet, and exactly what we were hoping for after a couple of less-pleasurable experiences elsewhere. A particularly note-worthy feature of our visit was the agent - Niccolo - who waited (an extra hour as it turned out) to let us into the apartment and go through aspects of equipment and services use, security and local points and restaurants that might be of interest to us. The thoroughness of his brief and welcome was very useful.
