I like that there’s a little ware outside to relax and sit in the garden, the room is very comfortable and the air conditioning was a life saver during this humidity! Everything is clean and modern and easy to access !

Great and spacious. Some services were offered which was appreciated. Nice people and front desk. Great information booklet on arrival that gave us all we need to know about traversing and seeing the city and Tuscany in general.

Friendly hosts. They even arranged a dinner at the wonderful hotel on top of Piazza Michelangelo overlooking Florence and provided us with a 10% discount. Couldn’t have asked for a better located BnB for our trip!

Very nice and attentive staff. We had a late check-in and they left us all the recommendations for self-check-in. The location was good for us, because we wanted to live a little further from the center, but with parking on the territory. A few minutes from the hotel there was a tram stop, and a bus stop was also nearby. The room was like in the photo, everything corresponded to my expectations, there was heating and air conditioning, also a kettle.

While there was parking, it was also close to public transport, which took us straight into the heart of Florence. The room was clean, and the staff helpful.

Great location, and place to stay. Very short distance from the tram station, food places and grocery stores. Mattia and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great location, just across the road from the tram, which would take you to the center in around 20 minutes. Trams are under 2 euros and I think they are valid for 90 minutes, when you validate the tickets. You must validate the tickets when you get on trams (and metro I believe) so make sure you do so. There is also a small supermarket on the next road which makes it easy to buy snacks for your daily trips.
