1. Location 2. Cleanliness 3. Courtesy In no particular order, these are the top qualities, this hotel has. I booked a 1 night stay on Christmas eve and I was really surprised because for what I have paid (very economical) given it is holiday season, it was beyond expectation. The breakfast was abundant and had lots of options, plus the staff were really accomodating and hospitable. I Will stay again if in Florence.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was comfortable and bathroom was well equipped, supplied with everything that you would need. Good selection at breakfast and for evening meal, half-board option very good value. Good location for visiting the "must sees" in Florence!

Breakfast was perfect. Location is 15 min walking distance to historical city center. Parking space was available downstairs and location was out of ztl zone. Staff were professional.

Fabulous room with a balcony and view across the city. Lovely comfortable bed. Lovely facilities in the room: bath robes, slippers, toiletries, complementary bottled water in mini fridge. 39 mins walk from everything we wanted to visit.

The hotel is in a nice and quite location, the staff were great and even gave us an upgrade to a room on the last floor with amazing views to the city. The room was perfectly clean and the breakfast had many options to choose from. Overall, even if we stayed for one night, we already want to go back.
