I have been to Florence a few times and always stayed at the Duomo Suites. It is a truly marvellous place - both for its location and its beauty. It is super comfortable and clean, and the check-in process is always smooth and friendly. Highly, highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay in Florence. I chose a suite with a street view, and it was so nice to see the Duomo in the morning! The administrator was very kind, helpful, and polite. I hope to come back again.

I loved my short trip to Florence. I have booked the suite in the very center and it was comfy - everything is close. The place is super clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, beautiful and stylish. I had a basic rate, but despite the very small fee, I was still offered free coffee, tea and snacks. cool! Administrator Lika, who did my check-in, was very kind and told me which exhibitions I could go to. Great work, guys, thanks!

The property was lovely , clean and in an excellent location. The host was friendly. The property was a stones throw to the Duomo and was cleaned daily.

I enjoyed my stay here, it's very close to Duomo and other go to spots. I also love the fact that there is a lift/elevator which made it easy for me to carry my luggage. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom, nice shower too. I would rebook if I ever decide to go back and will definitely recommend to people I know.

Location was brilliant to walk the city and you could see some of the Duomo from the bathroom window. Was quiet despite being in the city. The bells do start at 7am but are lovely to hear. Comfy bed and pillow. View from the shower and the window make you know you are in Florence. Nicely renovated. Would go back here. Loved it.

The suite was beautifully decorated, right in the centre of things and spotlessly clean. There were little extra touches such as a really good memory foam mattress topper and top quality pillows, a nespresso machine and pods, the ability to control the temperature in the room and lovely toiletries. But above all the staff and owner were amazing. The windows have beautiful muslin curtains but Florence street lighting is VERY bright. This meant that our first night was disturbed by the room being too light. However we mentioned it to the two lovely sisters who work there and within a matter of hours the owner had fitted blackout blinds!!! We slept like babies then. There was also a a bottle of bubbly in the room as we were there on our wedding anniversary. Such a fantastic experience and we cannot wait to return. We highly recommend the Duomo Suites.
