The apartment, as well as the building, is very well maintained. There is a big lift, but the staircase is easy to climb. You will sleep in TOTAL darkness and silence on a supportive mattress which is soft topped. It is not an inner spring mattress. There is no noise from other residents above or next door. The sleeper couch in the second bedroom is full length and looks of super high quality. We did not use it. The couch in the lounge is very comfortable. The linen and everything else in the apartment is of finest quality. There are plenty of firm pillows. There is temperature control underfloor heating throughout. A stay here will leave you very well rested after exploring the many sites within walking distance. As a side note - the fine dining restaurant Atelier De’ Nerli is 1 minute walk away on the next corner and highly recommend it for a special event. Another restaurant, where you can enjoy the best traditional Tuscan fare with wines recommended by their sommelier is Le Barrique, which is a 2 minute walk away. Both are favourites with locals and reasonably priced.

A lot of space in the apartment: 2 bedrooms with seperate bathrooms. Big kitchen with everything you need and a cozy living room. All modern. Also the elevator was definitely a plus.

Loved the location. Easy 15 minute walk into the centre of Florence, whilst being able to explore the local neighbourhoods too. Fantastic meal at the Micehlin restaurant Gune below - they felt like our friends as we would wave each night as we walked home by the end of the trip. Cocktails in the bar next door are also great. Lovely touch being welcomed with a bouquet of flowers as this was our honeymoon. Great restaurant recommendations by the host too. Very happy stay!

Quiet location, comfortable beds, wonderful shower and fully equipped kitchen. As we were travelling light the washing machine was greatly appreciated.

A great location, it contained all of the necessities to prepare a nice meal, the supermarket was just a short distance away. The washing machine/dryer were great as we had been away from home for a while, having the washing detergent supplied was an added bonus. Whilst Isabella only spoke Italian she was still very efficient and pleasant and we were able to work it all out between us :)

The hosts communication was excellent prior, during and post stay. Location was perfect, away from the main hustle and bustle and everything walking distance. Loved the larger towels in the bathrooms, great to have 2 bathrooms, very comfy pillows and bed. The washer/dryer came in very handy to do laundry.

Location - far enough from the strict city centre to have quiet night and close enough to walk everywhere, to have a romantic stroll at night through Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. Great wifi. Big comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Freezer. Big garderobe with hangers for clothes. Fully equipped bathroom, with hairdryer but also ironing set. Convienient shelves in the living room. Great coffee and Italian cakes at the nearby Babae. Close by decent supermarket Estelle if You want to buy some groceries on the daily basis. The lady Isabella handing over the flat to us did not speak English, but was very efficiently assisted by her electronic translator. Together we quickly established the most important rules for our staying. The lady was very polite and helpful throughout our entire stay. Grazie mille!
