Dimora72 was a fabulous find for our family! The location is very central for all major attractions in Florence and we walked everywhere through our stay. The apartment itself is safe, clean and very comfortable. The hosts Leonardo and Franscesca were friendly welcoming and very easy to communicate with via whatsapp both before and during our stay. We loved our stay in Florence and would come back and stay here again next time we visit!

It was located nean Santa Croce Church. A ten minute walk to the Main Church Area. The owners were very helpful with explaining the town, places of sightseeing.

The room was big, extremely clean and perfectly located. Only two minutes from the Piazza di Santa Croce and about ten minutes to the Duomo. We really liked the Santa Croce area as it’s a lot quieter than the centre of the city but still only a short walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars too, but they’re not as expensive. We had coffee and croissant just down the road for €5 for both of us! Leonardo and Francesca were also extremely helpful.

Location was perfect, great communication with host via WhatsApp checked in with codes and very easy to navigate to. Very modern apartment within an old building with super A/C that worked! Great layout out of the apartment with spacious bedroom plenty of storage and super shower. Host even supplied mosquito plug, 35 degrees needed it. There was a fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Plenty of local restaurants and supermarkets available on the doorstep. 10 min walk to the Santa Maria Del Fiore and 20 mins to train station. Plenty of designer shops and local ones to keep you busy. Well done hosts who were always on hand to help when needed.

The staff were absolutely lovely and so helpful! The location was fantastic and within walking distance to main attractions and great restaurants. Our room was very clean and modern, couldn’t fault it at all and would recommend to everyone!

Lovely apartment with a great location. Had the old city stairs, but they are manageable. Clean and tidy, big. Walk to anywhere, and we did. Would stay again.
