Location was perfect. Smack in the middle of the train station and Duomo. Couldn’t be any closer to the action.

Good location - close to the train station and all the major attractions at a walking distance, simple check-in, comfy bed and an amazing view of Florence from the roof terrace. Inside and outside the room we had some free snacks - croissants, cookies etc. Also inside the room there was a minibar fridge with a few drinks we could get and pay later.

Great location. Basic accom but clean and comfortable for your stay. Walking distance to train station but far enough to not feel unsafe. Great base for Florence

AMAZING location, really clean, such lovely staff, little breakfast card and waters are included , nice touches! There is no full size mirror but there is one in reception. we stayed in room ‘O’, this has a great view !

The location of the hotel is the best part. You can go to Duomo with only 5 minutes walk and the train station only 10 with your big luggages.

Really good location, brilliant view from terrace. The apartment was good, good value for money. We didn’t have hot water and as soon as we highlighted this issue, they fixed it very prompty! Very pleased
