Location, location, location. Was a short walk from the main train station and in a vibrant part of the city close to most of the main attractions.

It was an apartment so we sorted our own food and the kitchen was great and well equipped. We are dinners out sometime but enjoyed eating in just as much. Plus we were in an area surrounded by amazing food places

The location is the ultimate place. The ceiling frescoes must be from 15th century. Very beautiful. It’s a very historical old building but the apt is comfortable

The spacious apartment was a nice relief from small hotel rooms. Had a full kitchen. Bathroom was also very large. Shower a bit small. Bedroom was massive, lots of shelving and drawer space. Bed super comfy. Extra high ceilings. Good lighting. Bear in mind that the staircase is a bit daunting, extremely steep. If you're out of shape or elderly or have bad knees, you won't like this aspect. We tried to only leave once a day and to come back when we knew we were done for the day. The host gave us so much information about Florence that I canceled our next day trip to Verona. Dante Suites is within walking distance to everything!
