The staff are so lovely and the location is perfect. You're literally minutes from Piazza della republicca , Palazzo vecchio, and the duomo. The breakfast was delicious, and it was a great selection. The bed was very comfortable. The room had everything you needed.

The suite has been fitted out brilliantly - very impressive finishing. Lovely breakfast area / food and drink quality. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything whilst also being quiet and peaceful.

Room was STUNNING Breakfast was amazing, Staff were exceptional, location is perfect, the bed was super comfortable and bigger than a regular king. The bathtub was so nice and the Netflix actually worked! Photos do not do this place justice. It is stunning and some of my photos are from a video haha

Excellent accommodation in the heart of Venice. We were close to all the main sights of Florence. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable and the service was top-notch! Highly recommended!

Probably best location in Florence. Amazing facilities, incredible and spacious room, one of the best I have stayed in. Cozy, comfortable, super clean and silent despite being in Florence’s main street. Breakfast was good though somehow room where it was served was quite small. I’d definitely repeat.

The staff at the hotel made our trip to Florence even more enjoyable. They were very helpful when our luggage didn’t arrive. The breakfast was very enjoyable and the room was stunning. The hotel location is superb!
