The location was excellent. The apartment elegant and simply furnished. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Good secure entrance to the apartment and clean, tidy surrounding area. Amazing historic wooden ceilings. Tea and coffee provided were much appreciated. Blerina and Bruno, the two members of staff we had contact with, were professional, friendly and helpful in their dealings with us. The apartment was cosy and warm. It was lovely and sunny outside but a bit chilly, therefore returning to the apartment in the evening was very pleasant.

Super well located apartment, very clean and very nicely decorated, its a great choice for a few days in Florence. Bruno was waiting for us at the entrance as soon as we arrived. He was very nice and friendly. He showed us the apartment and the amenities. I also needed his assistance twice during my stay and he was always available to assist.
