The room was excellent value for money (beautiful parquet floor! and i don't think the photo's do the room justice) The owner was SO friendly and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The family room was perfect for us (three friends) - it was very spacious and clean. The location is good - there's plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. It's a bit out from the main centre but we liked that it was on a quiet street and the walk to the tourist sights was easy and enjoyable. We walked everywhere and had no need to get public transport to get around. There's tea and coffee available at the accommodation and we were given vouchers for coffee and pastries for breakfast at local cafes. Enrico was very helpful - it was easy to communicate with him both before and during our trip and he gave us advice, recommended places where my friend could get gluten-free food, and helped us get a taxi when it was time to go to the airport.

Everything is very quiet. The bed and bed linen are excellent. Enrico's service was impeccable. He gave us lots of tips on the city. Although breakfast wasn't included, we were treated to cappuccino and croissants.

Very clean! The host was helpful and polite and shared a lot suggestions on what to see in Venice: It’s a nice and quiet location not far from the center. There’s a bus station near the building with a direct route to the central train station (15-20 min ride). The design of the room is very authentic and it’s obviously taken good care of (clean, freshly painted walls, nice smell inside). And the bed is comfy and big!

Our room was bright and spacious with a gorgeous fresco on the ceiling. Enrico was a fantastic host, super helpful and friendly. We were also lucky to find a parking spot right outside of the B&B. All in all a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it
