The property was staffed by a brilliant team of friendly, helpful and jovial staff members. We were greeted kindly in spite of the language barrier. Shown the greatest places to visit around town and were delighted to be granted such a well kept and beautiful room.

The room was very nice and well-equipped with all the essentials to make the stay comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a handwritten welcome card, which added such a personal and thoughtful touch. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of delicious options to start the day right. The staff member who assisted me during check-in (though I’m not sure of his name) was friendly and helpful. Additionally, during checkout, Christian was extremely professional and made the process smooth.

The location is near the center and the attractions. The location is near the city center and the attractions. If you are traveling to florence by train it’s α convenient location, 1 minute walking to get there.

The hotel had good facilities like tea and coffee in the room and a free bottle of water as well as a couple of biscuits and free toiletries. There was also a mini fridge in the room. There was a good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful. Just a 2 min walk to the train station.

Our stay at C-Hotels Joy was amazing. The staff was accommodating and made us feel at home. The small things like the complimentary drink was a great idea. We loved the location easy to get to from the train station and within walking distance to sites. The breakfast was outstanding and the staff always with a smiling face. We truly enjoyed our stay. One of our favorite hotels on our vacation in Italy. We would not hesitate to stay at C-Hotels Joy Firenze. Big thank you to the staff!!!

This is a fantastic hotel. Feeling like to be at home. Most friendly and helpful staff. Lovely and family atmosphere. Our room was very cozy, spacious enough and with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is convenient to the train station as well as to the central area. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. We were very pleased with our stay. Hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Grazie mille!

Very good location, spacious room and friendly staff. All the receptionist were nice, helpful and very polite. Shout out to Alessio, Christian, Matthew and the other guy wearing a glasses (forgot his name) but he was on duty in the evening of November 24😊
