Hotel Overview

Just 200 metres from Santa Maria Novella Church, Hotel Club is air-conditioned and offers a modern design. Free WiFi is available in the lobby and the train station and cathedral both a short walk away.

The staff was nice and welcoming at all times and in several languages. The location was ideal for our short trip. The breakfast buffet is worth it!

Next to the train station, convinient if you come by train. The stuff is extremely kind and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Many people critizining the breakfast, i dont know if they have a chef at home, or full continental breakfast every day, but the breakfast was completely ok. Do not believe them.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Left a message when booking that we wanted a quiet room and they accommodated the need very well. Even though the hotel is located right next to the train station, the room's window faced the courtyard so it was very quiet. The location is also great with almost all attractions within walking distance. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and the staff in particular were very friendly and welcoming and the barista did an excellent job. We stayed in the winter so the value for money was very good and the room was large, so I can imagine it would be more popular in summer when travelling.
