The staff are great, always with a warm and amazing smile on their faces. They were always ready to assist and help. It was an excepcional service. There are no words, to describe. Thank you so much everyone!! The room was amazing with a stunning view to Duomo and other attractions. Very clean and organized. The location is perfect, right next to the train, bus station. Also 12 min from walk to Duomo.

Few steps from the main station. All monuments in the walking distance. We had an internal quiet room. Free welcome drinks + chips in the sweet bar. Pleasant staff.

The room was very clean and the staff were amazing, specially Zac, Goli, and Radin were amazing and really nice. They made our stay a memorable experience.

Very convenient position right opposite main railway station and walkable to all the main attractions in the city. We had a problem with breakfast but hotel staff dealt with it very professionally to resolve the issue. Beds were very comfortable. Very pleasant bar area on first floor. Able to store luggage after check out.

The staff, especially Lorenzo, Igor, and Sami, were very helpful and friendly. The only issue I faced on my first day was the noise from the tram. However, I later discovered that my windows weren’t properly closed. Thanks to Sami for pointing this out on my second night! Make sure your windows are fully closed; otherwise, it can be quite noisy.
