The property was perfectly located, very central. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. It took only 15 minutes to walk to the main train station, just 10 minutes down the road to the centre of the city. It was located on a relatively quiet street. We felt safe there as two young female travellers. The staff were all so kind! They happily held our bags on the day of check out for a few hours, and were so helpful. The lady who serves breakfast is so lovely. Breakfast itself was good- coffee/tea, granola, fruit, yoghurt, breads and pastries… Our bedroom was very clean, and cleaned daily during our stay. The hotel itself was well decorated, and we loved our stay there.

Beautiful small artistic, butique hotel in city center. Nice, spacious room with amazing bathroom. Decoration is above our expectations. And location is perfect for exploring pretty Florance. Definitely recommend this accomodation 🥰

We loved the general vibe of the hotel, the staff were very, very friendly and helpful, especially Roco, from reception, who gave us advice on great restaurants and local attractions, and booked taxis when needed. The cleaning is also amazing, as is the breakfast.

Firstly all the staff here were wonderful, the front desk, housekeeping, everyone - they went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The room was excellent value, all amenities were provided and the air conditioning worked beautifully, breakfast was also incredible.
