Excellent location with underground parking that was great considering it was the weekend of Tour de France.Plenty of places to eat nearby and 10 min slow walk to Ufizzi Galery.Would definetely stay here again when back to Florence.

The location of the property was excellent, 5 minute walk from train station and 10/15 minute walk to Duomo. The property really needed a bit of a redecoration and the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. Little things that would raise this from ok to good/excellent.

Really good location, close to train station and easy walking distance to the main sites of interest in Florence old town. pleasant, quiet garden setting with separate terrace area. Air con installed, may also have been reverse cycle for heating, but we didn't use either heating or cooling so can't comment on effectiveness. Good sized bathroom with decent shower and plenty of hot water. Wifi was fine. Hosts were great, excellent communication, very accommodating.
